SUPPORT

Developing a global volunteer network: connecting thousands of people across the globe to help with the restoration effort. Often people see John’s presentations and films and want to know how they could contribute.

We want to engage large numbers of people in actively helping to raise awareness and to bring restoration projects to life. Volunteers could also be involved in the development work of Research and Training Innovation Centres for Ecological Restoration. Thus we hope to be giving people a chance to put their inspiration into action.

At the moment we also welcome help with the following:

  • Translating and versioning of documentary films
  • Research for or participation in production of films – our studio is based in Beijing but we film all over the world
  • Organizing speaking tours or events for John D. Liu in your country/city. Are you a university student or professor? We would love to work with you to increase EEMP’s reach into academic institutions across the globe
  • Newsletter and website development skills

Read about an intern’s experiences here, of working with the EEMP on filming projects across the globe.

We can add you to our volunteer database and let you know when new opportunities arise.

Join the discussion about ecosystem restoration on a planetary scale here.

If you would like to support EEMP’s work, contact Serene Liu (Sereneliu@eemp.org).
